Maksim Gasanbekov is the Head of Sales at Gofaizen & Sherle, an international legal and business advisory firm specializing in FinTech, digital assets, blockchain regulation, financial licensing, and global corporate structuring. Maksim leads the commercial division of the company, overseeing sales strategy, department performance, product development, and the execution of go-to-market initiatives across multiple regulatory verticals.

With a strong background in sales leadership and operational management in the consulting and fintech licensing sector, Maksim is responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth, building a scalable project pipeline, and ensuring that every solution Gofaizen & Sherle brings to market meets the highest standards of clarity, precision, and commercial feasibility.

Experience

During his tenure as a sales consultant, Maksim successfully assisted over 200 cases worldwide within the period 2021-2023, delivering results across diverse regions including North America, Europe, and LATAM.

As Head of Sales, Maksim is responsible for the department’s performance — from pipeline oversight and product validation to pricing integrity and process optimization. He directly manages both the Sales Consultant and Product Development teams, ensuring role clarity, discipline, and seamless internal communication throughout the entire sales-to-delivery cycle.

Maksim has played a crucial role in strengthening the company’s internal structure, introducing execution frameworks, and aligning the sales department with Legal, Operations, and executive leadership. This includes improving case handovers, optimizing sales documentation flows, and establishing market feedback loops to support informed decision-making and continuous product development.

In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Maksim actively drives the commercialization of new licensing products, evaluates regulatory trends, and launches go-to-market strategies within key verticals such as crypto licensing, fintech financial authorizations, payment institution setups, and global corporate structuring.

He represents the firm’s commercial direction across Europe, MENA, Asia, and LATAM — ensuring that Gofaizen & Sherle remains competitive, client-focused, and agile in an evolving regulatory landscape.
