Junior Operations & Client Support Officer
We are looking for a junior-level, Canada-based team member to support operational and client-related activities in a part-time support role. This role is ideal for recent university graduates or early-career professionals interested in regulated industries such as fintech, crypto, and compliance. The position involves operational support, client communication, and exposure to compliance-related processes, with guidance from senior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a local support contact in Canada for operational and client-related matters;
- Support client communications (emails, calls, follow-ups);
- Join client calls when required, together with senior team members;
- Assist sales-consulting activities (preliminary communication, coordination, documentation);
- Support basic AML and compliance-related tasks (KYC, document checks, coordination).
Requirements:
- Based in Canada;
- Recent bachelor’s graduate or junior professional in business administration, finance, economics, law or related fields (Legal education is a strong advantage);
- 1–2 years of experience (including internships);
- Fluent English and comfortable communicating with clients;
- Interest in compliance, AML, fintech, crypto, or regulated environments.
