His legal and financial background allows him to provide complex advice and design effective strategies for companies in various business sectors, supporting compliance with obligations in areas such as commercial, immigration, labor, tax, registry, and special compliance law.
At Gofaizen & Sherle, Manuel handles the incorporation processes of companies in El Salvador, ensuring that they comply with the obligations established by local legislation. In addition, he provides licensing support for Bitcoin and digital asset service providers.
