Key Responsibilities

Under Viktoria’s leadership, the operations department oversees and delivers the company’s primary services, including:

• Crypto or Equivalent Licensing: Facilitating licensing in jurisdictions such as the USA, Canada, El Salvador, Lithuania, Czech Republic, and Poland.
• MiCAR Aligned Regulatory Projects: Managing licensing for VASP, PSP, MSB, and other financial institutions.
• Company Formation and Licensing: Providing support for company registration, licensing, and post-licensing operational assistance.
• Account Opening Support: Assisting with onboarding in banks and/or EMIs.
• Ongoing Operational Support: Offering HR and accounting support, along with other administrative tasks.
