- Drafting of tailored AML/KYC policies based on client’s business model;
- Preparation of all internal controls required by FNTT and FinCEN;
- Reporting to FNTT;
- Drafting of tailored policies and frameworks for MICA licensing process;
- Legal consultation for the MICA licensing process.

- Headhunting for C-Level positions, MLRO and AML officers;
